Last week HOSA sold Frito pies, nachos and sodas after school in the court yard to raise money for competition. This year 37 HOSA members are slated to go to competition, so HOSA will need to raise approximately $2,200 to go to the competition in Austin
“The kids have been working really hard selling,” HOSA sponsor Deborah Ramirez said.
Competition begins Jan. 18 and 19 so there will be more sales after Christmas break, but with non-edible items.
“Come buy and support HOSA,” HOSA member Jenny Nyugen said.
