On Tuesday night, band students performed a Holiday concert.
The Concert took place at 6:30 in the auditorium and featured three different types of bands.
The show began with the performance of The Wind Symphony.
The Wind Symphony performed songs including “A festive Christmas,” “Greensleeves,” “Christmas Scherzo,” and “The Wonderful World of Christmas.”
It was then followed by The Symphonic Band which gave a performance of “Christmas Songs of Praise,” “Deck the hall,” “All That Jazz,” and “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.”
“It’s always an experience to share with family and friends,” Sophomore Fernanda Monivais said.

Students then closed with the combined group of the Mass Band which ended the show with “Pentland Hills,” “Christmas Music,” “12 Days of Christmas,” and “The Nutcracker Suite.”
“I loved the concert, and I loved seeing the students perform, especially those that are also in my art classes,” Art Teacher S’lena Hinojosa said.
The performance of various songs gave the audience a Christmas spirit. Each band performed Christmas songs that made the audience sing along.
“It was a successful night, really big supportive audience,” Band Director Patrick Finkbeiner said “Couldn’t have been better.”
