A dozen clubs, organizations and academic departments, along with individual donors, came together to create the fixings for 49 turkey dinners for cafeteria and custodial staff.
Each dinner contains a turkey, and donated fixings including potatoes, stuffing, corn, green beans, gravy, and pumpkin pie filling, all in a reuseable bag donated by H-E-B. Dinners will be distributed through tomorrow after school.
The tradition, coordinated by Student Council, has been going on for over five years.
