Last month the spirit groups participated in the North East ISD One Singular Sensation annual district event.
It was their 16th year attending OSS and the girls enjoyed every moment.
“Our team was amazing. Our dances were like a breath of fresh air because they weren’t like any other dances performed at the show,” junior DeAsia Phillips, Varsity patriot, said.
The students that participated in this event performed many styles of dancing which consisted of Jazz, Kick, Lyrical, Novelty and Pom routines.
“It went great, I’m very proud of all our dancers,” Coach Alison Redding said”..It was a fun show, and the girls really enjoyed it. Now we must practice for our first year competition.”
