National Honors Society will induct nearly 100 students this Wednesday. Primarily juniors will be inducted since seniors were inducted last year. To be an NHS member, students’ grades have to be a 90 or above, they also have to show character, and leadership and scholarship {grades} in their prior school years.
NHS can help these new 100 members by being an organization that has bright ideas, does community service thought the year such as The National Night Out and the Christmas Toy Drive. Being part of this organization can help students with college and scholarships.
“I’m proud to be a student involved in a benevolent organization,” junior Kaliegh Carnes said.
