Like me, most students here at Roosevelt Hight School have a part time job. If you have a part time job, then you know every day isn’t a good day at work, every manager isn’t so nice, and everything isn’t always fair.
In this situation of unfair actions going on in your work place, you don’t have to put up with it. I would suggest a few things. Maybe you could talk to a main manager, tell them how you feel you are being treated unfairly. In my case that’s exactly what I did; he really helped me out and fixed my situation
Or the second thing you can do is just find a new job, somewhere where you will be treated better. Everyone needs money but you should happy with what you’re doing. If you truly feel as though you deserve better, then work hard to find a better employer. However, if you feel like you can fix the problem in a respectable manner, then try and work something out.
Everyone should be respected in their work place.
