Greenback Night gives parents the opportunity to meet the campus, join the Parent Teacher Student Association, learn about it and the about the opportunities they give to students.
Following the PTA meeting, parents walk their students classes to meet teachers.
“Hopefully the parents who come tonight will be able to meet their child’s teacher and what their classes are about and [have] an opportunity for parents to join PTSA to help with their child’s education”, Mr. Bojescul, assistant principal, said.
There’s also an opportunity to make a monetary donation toward PTSA. The event will be the biggest fundraiser or the year that helps the school and programs, such as for senior scholarships, family nights, orientations, campus improvement, and so many more.
This year the PTSA Greenback Night is on Sept. 20 at 6 p.m.
