Driver’s will need to keep their speed-o-meter on 20 MPH an hour later after school for the increased safety of students.
In April, the City of San Antonio’s Department of Public Works is changing the current school zone speed limit time around Roosevelt High School from the 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The morning 20 MPH speed limit time will remain from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Ed White and Krueger Middle School will also extend their after school 20 MPH speed limit by an hour.
