For many students at Roosevelt High School, having both breakfast and lunch every day is a big thing. Both breakfast and lunch involve their own menu but it involves the same thing after a week.
Some students would like to vary in their lunch options to more than just four things and their breakfast to more than 1 per morning, what would they prefer to eat?
“For breakfast I would like for their to be better chorizo and egg tacos and for them to supply bigger biscuits. As for lunch, I love their baked potato but others say it looks gross, so may be change that?” Savannah Olivarez, junior, said.
Like Savannah, Nick seems to think small things should change, such as their meat.
“Maybe they should get better looking meat because it looks like mush in a patty but other than that, breakfast is pretty good, I love their cinnamon rolls.” Nicholas Vasquez, junior, said.
Unlike Savannah and Nick, Oscar likes to get full to the top and has a whole new idea for the menu.
“I don’t eat there but they should have tamales, chiles rellenos, tortas, gorfitas, posole, mole, and flautas. Yeah! That’s it!” Oscar Gonzalez, junior, said.
There are many menus already but some students would prefer other meals and have suggested what they like. These new suggestions can benefit many or maybe just them but it’s worth a shot to see if they get their ‘Menu Spotlight’.
