Teachers Encourage Students To Attend Tutorials

Students interested in attending tutoring for TAKS can visit Rough Rider Hall Room 325 on Monday for English-Language Arts and can visit RR 231 on Tuesdays for Math tutoring. All tutorials begin at 4:15 p.m., students are encouraged to signin at that time.
Other tutoring offered includes Science which will be held in the Arts and Science Building Room 129 on Wednesday and Social Studies tutoring at RR 217 on Thursday.
Snacks and late buses will be provided and students can earn up to five extra credit points each nine weeks per subject. Students can see their core subject (Math, Science, Social Studies, and English) teachers for more information.
The TAKS Super Review will begin with English on Feb. 27 from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. Science will be reviewed on April 14 from 8:00 – 12:00 a.m. On April 19, Social Studies will be reviewed from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. and Math will be reviewed on April 21 from 8:00 a.m. till noon.
