Hundreds of locals attended the White Rabbit back on Jan. 25. Many were rejected from the sold out show to see the Nevada natives, Escape The Fate.
Being one of the biggest bands to perform at The White Rabbit, San Antonio teenagers have dedicated everything just to see them perform. During their performance many smiles and singing came over the crowd. The concert was truely a great way to start off the new year.
“I can’t wait until they come back again. My throat hurts from singing along to all of their songs,” Lane Carter, sophomore, said.
Of course, you cannot go to a “Metal” concert without having moshpits. During the chorus of Escape The Fate’s single, “This War Is Ours”, the pits got crazy.
“The wall of death was intense! (followed by laughter)” Joshua Saltzman, freshman, said.
Even before the band went on stage, the guitarist of Escape The Fate came out to the pizzeria. Hardly anyone noticed him, for he snuck out.
“Man, we are really stoked to be here in San Antonio. This is one of our favorite places to perform. And everyone is so nice to us. Even if little kids stare at us. Haha, not creepy at all!” Max Green, band guitarist, said.
After the bruises, laughter, singing, etc; this was one great night. San Antonio will most definately be waiting for the return of Escape The Fate. Come back soon!
