The varsity boys dropped to 17-9 and 4-3 in district after playing Johnson on Jan. 23 at the Blossom Athletic Center. The boys lost with the score of 55-70.

“I feel like we didn’t execute what we were supposed to do, that’s why Johnson got the edge over us,” junior Osiris Watson said. “But we’re going to practice, watch film, look at our mistakes and hope to do better next game.”
The next game is on tonight at 8 p.m. at Blossom Athletic Center against Madison (12-7, 4-2). With a tightening district race, each game matters as they finish the second half of their season.
