Many people can dance but, Onyx Arthur brings dancing to a whole new level.
He whips, he nae-naes, he does the superman!
Arthur is the man with a plan that is sweeping the campus, or at least A lunch. The whip is a very intricate dance motion, which takes lots of time and concentration to master. Arthur succeeds this in an attempt to show off to his friends.
“My dad is the one who got me into dancing at a young age,” Arthur said. “ I enjoy dancing , it helps me forget the rest of the world.”
The 16-year-old junior’s best dance move is the whip. It surprisingly took him only one month to learn.
Arthur said that he really hasn’t thought about showing his skills to the whole world. The only ones that see his creativity are his friends.
“ Onyx is a great dancer and I love watching him dance,” senior Larry Hunter said. His friends love watching him dance but not just his friends, random strangers (other students in A lunch) love watching what he does at the table.
“ Even though I don’t know him wow… totally amazing! Like, no joke, someone give this guy a dance contract,” freshman Brianna Lopez said.
Watching this amazing dancer dude is easy, just walk on down to the lunch room, during A lunch and enjoy the fresh dance moves of Onyx Arthur!
